Cremation FAQs

Navigating this difficult time can be challenging. Below are answers to the most common Cremation FAQs that we receive from families.

Many of the families that we have the privilege to help choose us because we keep things simple, efficient, professional, and we’re competitively priced. We can help you at your time of need and guide them through the essential decisions that need to be made.

You can call our toll-free number or follow the package builder on our website to request your quote. A copy of your quote will be emailed to you directly. A Cremation Basics representative will then follow-up with you during regular business hours to finalize the arrangements.

Cremation Basics is currently an online at-need service only. Our services are arranged by appointment and all business is conducted weekdays from 9am – 5pm. This allows us to keep our prices competitive.

If you contact us after hours, one of our Cremation Basics representatives will follow-up with you the following business day between 9am-5pm.

Our products and services are currently available only when a death has occurred.

It usually takes between 7-10 business days from the day we take your loved one into our care to when we can arrange pickup up of the cremated remains.

Cremation Basics will look after the cremation portion of the arrangement; however, you will have to meet with an affiliated business to take care of the celebration of life.
